Sue Becker's Ezekiel Bread - Available on Tuesdays only

$10.00

Grains are milled the day of baking to preserve all the nutritional value that is lost with traditional shelf stable flour, including non-GMO and organic flour. This is a wonderfully nutritious, cake-like bread, and the combination of grains and beans makes a complete protein. It’s the OG fasting bread from Ezekiel, but even heathens like it too! ;)

For fasting, eat ½ pound of cake and drink a quart of water for each day of fasting.

But Amy, what does it taste like? It’s slightly sweet and moist. Do not think this is like the carboard bread from the freezer section! My favorite way is toasted with butter or peanut butter.

Ingredients: hard red wheat, spelt, hulled barley, millet, green lentils, great northern beans, red kidney beans, pinto beans, well water, honey/maple syrup*, olive oil, salt, yeast

You can pick yours up at Huckins Farm in New Hampton on Tuesday mornings or you can order here and prepay for a Tuesday pick up at the salon after 3pm.

Orders must be in the before midnight on Sunday.

*I use honey from my bees as available or local maple syrup
